Job summary

Aspire People is seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taf. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive classroom, manage behaviour and adapt to different age groups.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in schools or similar environments.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff.
• Calm, resilient and professional approach to diverse settings.
• Experience supporting pupils with ALN or behavioural needs is desirable.
