Aspire People is recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taf. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a real difference in students' learning experiences.

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absences

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with young people in schools, colleges, youth work, coaching, training or similar environments
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A calm, resilient and professional approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build positive relationships quickly

Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and behavioural needs is highly desirable.
