Engage Partners Limited is recruiting a Cover Supervisor for a local secondary school in Basildon. You will supervise pupils during pre-planned lessons when teaching staff are away, ensuring tasks are completed and behaviour is managed effectively.

Applicants should have a degree and some experience with young people. The role offers flexibility in weekly availability, with pay at £100–£105 per day and on-site work basis.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree to apply.
• Some experience with young people is required.
• Ability to adapt to different situations and manage behaviour in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during pre-planned work when staff are off.
• Relieve teachers for PPA time or sickness cover.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure tasks are completed.
• Provide feedback on lessons and pupil progress.
• Follow school safeguarding policies.
