We are currently recruiting flexible and committed Cover Supervisors to work across a number of Ofsted-rated Good and Outstanding secondary schools in the Wigan area.
The role:
Supervising lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
Managing behaviour and ensuring pupils remain on task
Delivering pre-set work and supporting students where necessary
Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work or similar)
Confident, adaptable and calm under pressure
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A genuine interest in supporting student learning and development
