• Plan, organise, control and coordinate the site to safe completion.
• Ensure works are coordinated for safe access and segregation.
• Ensure risk assessments, method statements and safety plans are issued and followed by sub-contractors.
• Develop day-to-day site operation plans from the project programme.
• Report site information such as records, site instructions and daily diary.
