Job summary

VINCI Building UK is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects in our portfolio. You will own the construction phase, drive programme, quality, safety and coordination across all site activities.

Working with the project team, consultants and supply chain partners, you’ll ensure delivery is safe, efficient and to high standards synonymous with VINCI Building. The role focuses on leadership, coordination and robust site controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction activities on large projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex site operations and teams.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, control and coordinate the site to safe completion.
• Drive programme, quality, safety and site coordination across activities.
• Manage information, site reporting and change control processes.
• Lead teams, coach individuals, and resolve disputes as needed.
• Liaise with client, consultants and supply chain partners.
