Job summary

VINCI Building UK is seeking a Project Manager to deliver medium to large building projects to budget and programme in Salisbury. You will work through Preconstruction and transition to site on a significant scheme, leading from the front on H&S and quality.

The role focuses on taking ownership of finances, generating CVRs, chairing client meetings, and reporting progress to the Contracts Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering medium to large building projects.
• Ability to lead from the front with high standards of H&S and quality.
• Experience in coordinating with commercial teams and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear management structure and allocate responsibilities.
• Ensure procurement of materials, plant and subcontractors to meet targets.
• Produce and review CVRs and report progress to the Contracts Manager.
• Lead health, safety and environmental compliance on site and investigate incidents.
