Convene Hospitality Group in Manchester (M1) is seeking a Conference & Events Assistant to join our Client Support Team. You will deliver genuine anticipatory service to clients and work with Culinary, Production and Technology teams to ensure memorable experiences.

Flexible shifts allow weekdays, evenings, or a few days per week, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within the company. Most shifts are Monday–Friday, and Christmas often off to enjoy time with loved ones.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Motivated to work with others and lead teammates.
• Flexible to work varying shifts.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients with enthusiasm and maintain a warm demeanor.
• Provide world-class service in line with Brand Standards.
• Set up, replenish, and maintain food and beverage stations.
• Answer client questions about menus and spaces.
• Read and execute Program Execution Orders.
• Follow checklists and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
• Ensure clean, safe, and well-stocked work areas.
• Support cloakroom tasks and client accommodations.
