Qualifications

• Strong hospitality mindset and guest-focused service.
• Conference/banqueting experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication.
• Good understanding of health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down event spaces according to client needs and hotel standards.
• Assisting with food and beverage service during conferences, banquets and events.
• Ensuring service areas are well-presented and maintained.
• Providing attentive and friendly service to guests.
• Coordinating with kitchen and service teams for smooth delivery.
• Upholding health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assisting with additional event duties as required.
