As part of a network of clinicians, you will assess and develop rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs, addressing complex injuries and conditions. This position offers a chance to work independently while benefiting from professional support and development opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification clinical experience.
• Current registration with a relevant professional body.
• Experience in rehabilitation package implementation.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments in home or community settings.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation recommendations.
• Coordinate appropriate rehabilitation services.
• Produce clear case documentation.
