Job summary

Compass Associates is recruiting for an Experienced Case Manager to support adults with complex brain and spinal injuries, based from home with travel in the North West. This role offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours, tailored caseloads, and collaborative working with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supporting adults with complex injuries such as brain or spinal cord injuries.
• Recognised degree and full registration in healthcare profession required.
• UK driving licence and access to own car necessary.

Responsibilities

• Carry out INAs and conduct risk assessments.
• Work with clients in home and community settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and legal teams.
