Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support regional primary care clinics across Brockenhurst. You will perform routine clinical observations, ECGs, phlebotomy where trained, and assist with treatment room tasks in busy GP environments.

Ideal candidates have NHS or GP exposure, strong communication skills, and can adapt to varying clinic workflows. Enhanced DBS is required, with flexible weekday, evening or weekend shifts across local clinics.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HCA in GP, community or NHS settings.
• Confident in routine patient observations.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to new clinics and workflows.
• Phlebotomy experience beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS
