Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support regional primary care clinics across GP settings. The role involves routine clinical observations, assisting with treatment room tasks, and contributing to smooth patient flow within the clinic.

You will perform ECGs and routine health checks, support phlebotomy where trained, and accurately record information in clinical systems while working with nursing and clinical teams. DBS requirement applies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant in GP, community or NHS settings.
• Confident with routine patient observations.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required.
