Job summary

Mount Charles Group is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join the team at our Woven – Victoria Hall site, Derry/Londonderry. You will provide cleaning services to offices, meeting rooms, toilets and amenity areas in line with client specifications.

The role supports a friendly, family‑oriented business with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Working Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, 6 hours per week with flexible patterns, prior cleaning or customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills are essential for daily client interactions and team support.
• Strong attention to detail is required to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Previous work experience in customer service is advantageous for dealing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with the clients’ specifications.
• Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out duties professionally.
• Carrying out a range of general cleaning services including offices, meeting rooms, toilets and amenity areas site wide.
• Ensuring stocks are replenished and equipment is checked regularly.
• Maintaining equipment cleanliness and tidiness at the end of the shift.
• Following company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
