Cherry Fields Primary School in Banbury is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support high-quality learning when the class teacher is absent. You will deliver engaging lessons, maintain behavioural expectations, and work with the inclusion team to sustain progress for students of all abilities.

You will also provide feedback on student progress, help create a positive and inclusive environment, and align with the school’s values.

Formación

• Experience as teaching assistant in a school environment.
• Good literacy and numeracy evidenced by GCSE grade C in English and Maths.
• Working towards or holding an HLTA qualification.
• Able to apply training to practical classroom contexts.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and support engaging lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Motivate and support students of all abilities and provide feedback on progress.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment aligned with school values.
