Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Chorley is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to deliver highways and drainage designs for development projects across the UK, with ownership, varied duties and clear career progression within a growing consultancy.

You will use AutoCAD, Site3D and Causeway Flow, complying with CIRIA guides, BRE Digest and BS EN 752, and support S278/S38/S104 approvals while managing several projects and mentoring junior staff.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of UK highways and drainage design experience.
• Strong capability in AutoCAD, Site3D or similar software.
• Good understanding of S278, S38 and S104 standards.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver highways and drainage designs for development and adoptable works.
• Prepare calculations, sketches, design models and technical drawings.
• Support S278, S38 and S104 submissions and related approvals.
• Manage workload across multiple projects and support programme delivery.
• Undertake site visits and prepare reports and specifications.
