Job summary

Compass Community Limited is seeking a Children's Support Worker to provide flexible, zero-hours support across residential homes and specialist schools. You will help children feel safe, valued and able to achieve their potential while fitting shifts around your life.

You'll work in diverse settings, building relationships, promoting wellbeing and supporting education and daily routines. Training, safeguarding and ongoing development are provided to help you grow within a values-driven team.
