Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in catering environment is desirable.
• Basic Food Hygiene and Health & Safety certificates preferred.
• Strong numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain dining and service areas.
• Serve food in correct portions and wash dishes.
• Clean all catering areas daily and follow health and safety standards.
• Handle cash collection, banking, and maintain records.
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues.
