Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland Limited in Erskine is seeking Bank Support Practitioners to provide person-centred care when needed, supporting individuals with daily living tasks, appointments and personal care. You will join a friendly, dedicated team and pick up 1-2 shifts per week to fit around commitments.

Shifts include early, late, sleepovers, waking nights, weekends and holidays, with full training and ongoing development offered. A UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting with meal preparation and medication.
• Providing personal care and assisting with moving and handling.
• Supporting individuals to attend appointments and community activities.
• Encouraging hobbies, interests, social opportunities and confidence-building.
• Supporting with budgeting, daily living skills and personal organisation.
• Providing emotional support and helping individuals maintain positive relationships.
