Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Erskine is offering a Bank Support Practitioner role, with flexible shifts to fit around you. You'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to the people we support during staff leave, illness or training, picking up 1–2 shifts per week if possible.

Join a friendly team and help with daily living tasks, meals, medication, appointments and personal care while promoting independence and meaningful activities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with meal preparation and medication
• Providing personal care and assisting with moving and handling
• Supporting individuals to attend appointments and community activities
• Encouraging hobbies, interests, social opportunities and confidence-building
• Supporting with budgeting, daily living skills and personal organisation
• Providing emotional support and helping individuals maintain positive relationships
