Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council in Ferndale is seeking reliable individuals for a flexible Care/Domestic role within our dementia care setting. Duties include general domestic tasks, kitchen duties and personal care of residents, with a focus on dignity and privacy.

Candidates should be available at short notice to cover absences during weekdays, weekends and night shifts. The role includes AWIF induction and registration with Social Care Wales, with DBS processing and training provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience with older people or disability is an advantage.
