The Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair, part of Rosewood Hotel Group, invites applications for a Flexible Bartender - F&B Outlets. You will deliver exceptional beverage experiences across our bars, restaurants, and dining venues, using extensive product knowledge and polished service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or fast-paced hospitality.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages at peak standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional service and build rapport with guests.
• Collaborate with bar, restaurant, and kitchen teams for smooth service.
• Ensure bars and service areas are clean, organised and well presented.
• Handle guest enquiries professionally and resolve issues as needed.
