Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking dedicated bank workers to support customers in Norwich. You’ll take on flexible day-time shifts, helping clients with daily living tasks, budgeting, cooking, and attending appointments, with supervision and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily living tasks to develop independence and achieve outcomes in their support plans.
• Support vulnerable customers across services and settings.
• Aid with budgeting, cooking, attending appointments.
• Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
• Help customers prepare for move-on into the community.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans
• Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services
• Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
• Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews
• Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

The practical bits

• Working ad hoc day time shifts covering holidays and sickness
• Working at our service in Norwich
• Although you'll lone work, we do get together regularly for training and team meetings
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
