Agincare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse to join a Gloucestershire care home team. You will mentor and support a team to deliver safe, high-quality clinical care and meet residents' needs with compassion.

The role offers extensive training up to QCF level 5, a refer-a-friend scheme, a company pension, on-demand pay, and clear career development opportunities. The position includes a 36-hour week with alternate weekends.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
• A valid, in date NMC pin without restrictions to practice.
• Evidence of recent clinical CPD.
• Experience working in a care home setting is preferable.

Aufgaben

• Assisting residents with personal care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Liaising with care home management, family members, social workers, medical professionals and residents to meet individual requirements.
• Administering and recording medication safely in line with policy.
• Monitoring resident nutrition and hydration and updating plans as needed.
• Watching for pressure injury risks and changes in toileting output.
• Participating in and promoting resident activities.
