Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Bank Primary Care Health Care Assistant to provide safe, compassionate clinical support across Primary Care services and partner sites. Working under clinical direction, you will undertake observations, support patient flow, prepare rooms and assist with infection prevention.

You may perform phlebotomy, ECGs, health checks or specimen collection depending on training and competency, with duties escalating as authorised.

Qualifications

• Care Certificate or equivalent healthcare-support qualification.
• Experience delivering care or direct services to patients.
• Willingness to undertake phlebotomy, ECGs or health checks with proper training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and confirm identity, assisting with procedures within competence.
• Measure vital signs and undertake basic physiological observations.
• Prepare clinical rooms and clean equipment, supporting infection prevention.
• Support patient flow and escalate deterioration promptly to clinicians.
• Record observations accurately on the approved clinical system.
