Job summary

Vibe Care Agency in Dorchester is seeking experienced support workers to assist adults in supported living services. This zero-hours role fits around other commitments, with shifts including day and night blocks. Sleep-in duties at £75 apply; BH enhancements available.

DBS update service preferred and driving is a plus. Applicants should understand learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, and be able to work as part of a team or independently, promoting rights and dignity and following

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults in care settings.
• Knowledge of learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Experience in similar roles with adults.
• Ability to work in a team or alone.
• Promote rights and dignity with person-centred support.
• Understand behaviours that can be challenging.
• Follow care plans and risk assessments.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care if needed.
• DBS clearance on update service preferred.
• Driving and access to a vehicle is desirable.
