Vibe Care Agency seeks experienced Support Workers to assist adults in supported living services in Dorchester. This flexible, zero-hours role fits around other commitments with a well-established agency.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
• Ability to follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including early/late/night hours.
• DBS on update service preferred for Child & Adult checks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities e.g. community access, cooking, laundry, cleaning.
• Promote rights, dignity and person-centered care.
• Follow care plans and risk assessments as part of a team or independently.
