Job summary

Vibe Care Agency is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist Adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in supported living services across Lincolnshire. The role offers flexible, zero-hours shifts and covers LN1 to LN11 postcodes.

We welcome applicants who can promote individual rights and dignity, follow care plans, and work well in teams or alone. DBS checks must be enhanced for Child & Adult; driving and access to a vehicle are desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours & complex health support is essential.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, nights and sleep-ins.
• Enhanced DBS for Child & Adult checks on update service are required.
• Ability to follow individual care plans and risk assessments and promote person-centred support.
• A driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in daily living activities.
• Work as part of a team or independently to promote independence and dignity.
• Assist with community access, cooking, laundry and other daily tasks as required.

Vibe Care Agency are seeking experienced Support Workers to support Adults with learning disabilities, autism & complex needs in supported living services in the Lincolnshire area.

Covering several postcode locations - LN1 | LN2 | LN4 | LN5 | LN6 | LN7 | LN9 | LN10 | LN11

This is a flexible role (zero hours) to fit around any other commitments you have, working with a well established agency & service provider.

Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours & complex health support are essential

We can offer a variety of shifts - Days, Evening & Weekends, Nights & Sleep-Ins

We are looking for:

• Experienced support workers
• Knowledge & understanding of learning disabilities, autism & complex needs
• Experience working in a similar role supporting adults
• Ability to work as part of a team or on your own
• Ability to promote individual choices, rights & dignity
• Understanding behaviours that challenge
• Able to follow individual care plans & risk assessments, promoting person centered support
• Support with daily activities e.g. community access, cooking, laundry, cleaning etc.
• Happy to support with person care if required
• Enhanced valid Child & Adult DBS on the update service
• Able to drive & have access to a vehicle - desirable
