Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage paperwork, coordinate transportation and deliveries for outgoing shipments, and perform admin tasks under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager.

You will monitor routing, ensure on-time delivery, maintain the WMS, process orders, and liaise with hotel clients, transport providers, and procurement to keep operations smooth and compliant with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a fast-paced warehouse distribution office.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and deliveries for outgoing shipments daily.
• Process Encore Configuration hotel equipment sales orders and schedule for shipment.
• Close out orders shipped daily in the WMS and generate packing lists.
• Maintain customer orders in the WMS and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate dispatch and return of equipment and liaise with logistics carriers.
• Handle invoicing procedures related to truck bookings and repairs.
