Vertu BMW Sunderland is recruiting a Fleet Administrator to manage invoices, vehicle taxation, and records. The role covers maintaining vehicle and customer data, and progressing orders from factory to delivery within a supportive dealership environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in vehicle administration, strong IT and numerical skills, and familiarity with Leaselink/Ebbon systems. Training is provided, with performance checks and standard employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle administration and motor retail systems.
• Strong IT and numerical skills.
• Familiar with Leaselink / Ebbon computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and vehicle taxation accurately and on time.
• Create and maintain vehicle and customer records; ensure clean data.
• Develop a reliable customer database and vehicle history.
• Progress orders from factory to delivery and coordinate subcontract work.
