Job summary

Office Angels in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Administrator to join a busy automotive team on a temporary basis. You will manage orders from start to finish, coordinate registrations and deliveries, and prepare invoices and sales documents.

The role requires familiarity with Pinewood and Pinnacle, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start, flexible hours, and market-leading temp benefits.

Responsibilities

• Processing vehicle orders from start to finish
• Coordinating vehicle registrations and deliveries
• Producing invoices and sales documentation
• Keeping customer and vehicle records up to date
• Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers and customers
• Handling queries and providing order updates
• Supporting the fleet sales team with day-to-day administration
