Job summary

Ford & Slater invites applications for a Supplier Operations Controller to drive uptime and service quality for DAF Fleet Services in Devizes. The role focuses on coordinating fleet availability, liaising with the dealer network, and reducing downtime through proactive supplier management.

Qualifications

• Experience of vehicle repair / fleet management within the commercial vehicle / automotive sector would be a distinct advantage.
• Ideally have some technical automotive / commercial vehicle experience, maybe as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor or a Technician looking to move out of the Workshop.
• An understanding of the importance of reducing Vehicle Off Road (VOR) time.
• A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service and manage the uptime of the customer fleet.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with DAF’s dealer network.
• Manage Vehicle Off Road (VOR) progress and coordinate with third party partners to reduce downtime.
