Job summary

DAF Fleet Services in Devizes is seeking a Supplier Operations Controller to help keep client fleets available. You will work with a large UK dealer network to manage Vehicle Off Road progress, communicate with third-party partners, and prioritise parts and workshop delays to reduce downtime.

The role emphasises strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to improving service levels within standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle repair or fleet management within commercial vehicles would be advantageous.
• Strong customer service experience and a can-do attitude are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• A high level of IT literacy and comfort using phone and email is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage uptime of customer fleet and coordinate with dealer network.
• Prioritise issues and drive resolution to minimise VOR time and delays.
