Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a Transport and Compliance Manager to lead fleet maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance at our Millbrook location. The role focuses on developing maintenance programs, enforcing safety procedures and liaising with authorities and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet maintenance and fleet operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of UK transport regulations and compliance standards.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for the transport fleet.
• Ensure compliance with UK transport regulations and relevant safety standards.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols to protect drivers and staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance and compliance actions.
• Manage external vendors for maintenance and compliance services.
