Job summary

BiS Henderson in Nottinghamshire seeks an experienced Transport Compliance Manager to oversee the transport operation for a major client and a recognised brand. This day-shift role involves coordinating fleet inspections, tachographs, drivers hours, and KPI reporting to ensure licence compliance.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience in a cost-driven, results-oriented environment. Monday–Friday work with a clear development path and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport compliance and fleet operations.
• Strong communication with operations, fleet and drivers.
• Knowledge of driver hours, tachographs, and EU/UK licences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet inspections and MOTs in line with licences.
• Maintain tachograph analysis and drivers' hours compliance.
• Produce weekly KPI reports with management team.
• Manage driver training, discipline and defect reporting.
• Ensure paperwork and records are accurate and up-to-date.
