Job summary

Royal Den Hartogh Logistics in Immingham seeks a Fleet and Transport Administrator to support daily fleet management and driver compliance. You will maintain accurate records, handle internal documentation, and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

The role involves data capture for KPIs, purchase orders, stock control for PPE and admin items, and ensuring adherence to safety and continuous improvement culture within the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to problem-solve and react quickly.
• Good time management skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Adept with PC, internet and MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Willingness to complete industry-related qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Book repairs, MOTs and servicing for the HGV fleet.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections and repairs.
• Ensure driver documentation is captured, recorded and filed.
• Gather data for KPI completion.
• Create and control purchase order allocation.
• Manage stock levels for PPE and admin items.
• Maintain data integrity in in-house systems.
• Complete administrative tasks and reports.
