Job summary

Holman UK is hiring a Portfolio & Programme Delivery Manager (Fleet Technology Change & Transformation) to lead the Project Management Office at our Chippenham HQ with hybrid working.

The role oversees governance, prioritisation and delivery, guiding a team of Project Managers and partnering with senior leadership to drive UK initiatives and the Telematics programme. Circa £75,000 p.a. plus a company car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience, including 2+ at a leadership level.
• Experience in developing and implementing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance, prioritisation and delivery oversight of the UK technology change portfolio.
• Oversee demand and change management, and manage a team of Project Managers.
• Serve as UK liaison with the US PMO and drive alignment across initiatives.
• Deliver strategic programmes, including the Telematics programme and its workstreams.
