Stanton House is seeking a Technology Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic technology and transformation initiatives. The role sits in a growing change function and requires delivering across executive, business and technology stakeholders with structure and delivery rigour.

The 15-month fixed-term contract is hybrid in the UK, offering exposure to complex programmes, governance frameworks and benefits realisation within a technology-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large technology and business transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across executive levels.
• Experience steering programmes with governance, risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme leadership across multiple strategic technology and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, roadmaps and milestones.
• Identify, manage and communicate critical dependencies across workstreams.
• Establish governance, reporting frameworks and controls.
• Monitor health, progress, risks, issues and budget performance.
• Support sponsors and steering committees with actionable insights.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across teams.
• Ensure outcomes align with objectives and benefits.
