About the role

Reporting to the Lead PMO, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects related to Motia across Fuel and Fleet products.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for end to end delivery of projects including creating and maintaining Project Documentation such as Project Plans, RAID Logs
Managing third‑party vendors to ensure business requirements are fully understood and delivered accurately
Lead project meetings to ensure projects are on track, identify and mitigate risk and issues
Work across functions to establish working solutions that meet quality standard and stakeholder expectations
Work with PMO Lead to ensure projects are delivered on time, budget and to required quality
Compliance with our Business Conduct Guidelines and other Group Policies
Any other duties as may be reasonably required

Requirements

Previous experience of successfully delivering projects and change across business functions
Recognised qualification in Project Management: Prince2, APM, PMP certification
Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem resolution and informed decision‑making
Ability to communicate to all levels of the business from end users to Senior Leadership Team
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise according to business needs
Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers alongside the Lead PMO driving project excellence
Assuring accuracy in documentation, reporting and compliance
Experience in using Project Tools such as MSP, Visio, Microsoft Excel and Jira
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between sites
