• Proven track record in strategic planning and transformation.
• Experience managing budgets and capital expenditure programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the long-term fleet strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead fleet investment planning for CAPEX and OPEX.
• Analyse fleet performance, utilisation and cost trends to identify optimisations.
• Drive the green fleet agenda including decarbonisation and EV transition.
• Manage fleet lifecycle planning to support operations and requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends for innovation.
• Oversee fleet compliance, risk and governance across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver a safe, sustainable fleet.
