Enterprise Mobility in Manchester is seeking a motivated Fleet Solutions Coordinator to join the Flex-E-Rent team. You will produce fleet reports, assist onboarding of new customers, and manage customer enquiries while supporting daily operations and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while showing initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to deadlines.
• Knowledge of fleet management principles would be beneficial but not essential.
• Previous experience in fleet/transport/workshop environment advantageous but not essential.
• CPC National Qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Producing customer fleet reports and supporting analysis of fleet performance data.
• Assisting with onboarding and implementation of new customers.
• Managing and responding to customer support enquiries within agreed service levels.
• Supporting the Fleet Solutions Team with daily operational activities.
• Building strong customer relationships over the phone and face-to-face.
• Liaising with workshop managers regarding repairs, servicing and maintenance requirements.
• Managing relationships with external suppliers, vendors and parts providers.
• Supporting cost control across vehicle servicing, repairs and parts procurement.
• Monitoring vehicle uptime and helping ensure customers remain operational.
