Job summary

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, our commercial vehicle rental division, is seeking a Fleet Solutions Coordinator in Manchester. The role offers a structured 18-20 month development roadmap, with four training stages, plus a promote-from-within culture to support your career progression.

You will produce fleet reports, onboard new customers and manage enquiries while building strong client relationships. The position envisages 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:30pm, with Saturdays on a rota

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Knowledge of fleet management principles would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Previous experience within a fleet, transport or workshop environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
• A proactive approach and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Produce customer fleet reports and support analysis of fleet performance data.

What Division Will I Be Working In?

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations across the UK and Ireland. With one of the largest and most diverse commercial vehicle fleets in the industry, our team plays a vital role in keeping customers moving.

Flixton Road, Carrington, Urmston, Manchester M41 6JE

Hours

42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis and overtime available.

What You'll Be Doing
