Job summary

TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor to oversee on-site fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities across multiple sites. You will coordinate drivers, monitors, and transport partners during evening and night shifts, ensuring safety and timely delivery.

Travel across regions is required; accommodation and car/fuel support are provided where needed. The role operates ad-hoc shifts within a defined campaign window and demands strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise on-site operations during fleet activity.
• Strong communication with drivers, managers and clients.
• Comfortable with evenings and night shifts.
• Willingness to travel across regions within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
