Job summary

TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor for ad-hoc, shift-based work across the UK, primarily nights. The role involves coordinating drivers, vehicle movements and on-site operations during fleet marketing and wrapping activities.

Travel across regions is expected, with accommodation provided when required and approved. Applicants should be comfortable with evenings and night shifts, possess a full UK driving license, and be capable of multi-site coordination with strong safety and

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site activity to ensure safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with stakeholders.
• Act as primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
