Job summary

TRO is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping operations across the UK. You will coordinate drivers, vehicles, and reporting systems while ensuring safety and efficient delivery on evening and night shifts.

The role requires travel within regions, with accommodation provided when needed. Shifts are ad-hoc, night-based and subject to operational demand across Plymouth and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet operations, logistics or events.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable travelling across regions and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activity.
• Coordinate drivers, vehicle movements and key control.
• Maintain real-time communication with stakeholders and field managers.
• Ensure nightly operations are prepared and compliant.
• Submit end-of-shift reports and escalate risks promptly.
