Job summary

Jago Consultants is assisting a franchised main dealer in the Crawley/Gatwick area to hire a Fleet Sales Manager. The role operates Monday to Friday, based in Gatwick/Crawley, with an OTE around £50,000.

You will drive fleet performance, manage profitability and expenses, and focus on customer satisfaction and retention while leading a sales team to achieve sector targets.

• Experience managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure performance standards

Job Role – Fleet Sales Manager (Working Monday to Friday!)

Job Location – Gatwick / Crawley Area

Salary – OTE £50,000

Fleet Sales Manager Role:

• Driving the performance of the Fleet department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives
