Silcom Recruitment in Basingstoke is seeking a Business Fleet Sales Executive to join our client’s dealership team. You will sell cars/vans from the Basingstoke dealership and support the Fleet Manager.

The role involves active local business prospecting, presenting to corporate drivers, and delivering excellent customer service. Basic salary £18,000–£20,000 with OTE £40k+ and company benefits.

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of a client of ours based in Basingstoke, seeking to add a Business Fleet Sales Executive to their growing team selling cars/vans from their dealership in Basingstoke. This role will be supporting the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Planning and organising your own sales activities to win new local business and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are adhered to.

This is not a desk job; you will be active in the business community, prospecting, designing and delivering sales presentations.

Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual, capable of self-management along with an attention to detail and high levels of pro-activity.

The Package:

£18,000 - £20,000 basic salary depending on experience +OTE £40kplusfantastic company benefits including staff purchase scheme, life assurance and a company car.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30- 18:00.
