Job summary

Generator Power is seeking an Engineering Manager to support the business across Product, Quality and Service Delivery. The role focuses on improving the reliability of the fleet and maintaining engineering quality standards across all depots.

You will manage site installations and reliability campaigns, lead project delivery, and ensure exceptional customer service. A strong leadership presence and ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent required.
• Plant, Mechanical or Engineering qualification required.
• Strong management and organisational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support Product, Quality and Service Delivery functions across the business.
• Improve fleet quality and reliability through innovation and reliability initiatives.
• Introduce and maintain engineering quality standards across all depot locations.
• Manage projects including site installations, reliability campaigns and quality improvements.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and equipment readiness.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the business.
