Job summary

Generator-Power in Glasgow is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee product, quality and service delivery across depot locations. You will drive reliability initiatives, manage site installations, and ensure high standards of customer service and equipment readiness.

You will liaise with depot managers, OEM suppliers and senior management to deliver fleet enhancements and continuous improvement programmes. The role requires leadership, flexibility, and strong communication skills to meet

Qualifications

• Plant, Mechanical or Engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support the business across Product, Quality and Service Delivery functions.
• Improve the quality and reliability of the Generator Power fleet through innovation and reliability initiatives.
• Introduce and maintain engineering quality standards across all depot locations.
• Manage project delivery relating to site installations, reliability campaigns and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and equipment readiness.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
