Job summary

BA Cityflyer in the UK is seeking a Fleet Performance Engineer to manage and develop the preventive maintenance programme for our Embraer E190 fleet, boosting reliability and on-time performance. You will analyse data from multiple sources, communicate requirements to engineering teams, and support the Maintrol Team with troubleshooting and guidance while collaborating with Safety Service and Air Ops.

This role requires a Part-66 licence or equivalent, E190 type rating, and knowledge of

Qualifications

• Must hold a CAA Part-66 B1/B2 licence or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Type rating on Embraer E190 or equivalent experience in technical support/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance tasks and outside/scheduled maintenance requirements from multiple data sources.
• Communicate requirements to line/base engineering teams with clear instructions.
• Develop, maintain and present operational and performance reports.
• Provide technical guidance to Maintrol Team and assist with troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Safety Service and Air Ops on flight data events.
